With medicine becoming more data-driven and evidence-based, healthcare workers are spending half of their time on administrative tasks, leaving little time for their patients. Together with a German med-tech startup, we developed a voice-enabled bedside assistant for the ICU that leverages data science and AI to reduce administrative tasks and free up physician’s time for better patient care.
In 18 months, Rocketloop developed a smart, dependable, and scalable bedside assistant that helps healthcare workers throughout Europe.
The
Challenge
The med-tech startup needed to ensure the safety and privacy of patient data while maintaining an efficient Patient Data Management System (PDMS) workflow. The product supports medical staff in making quick decisions, cutting back time spent on admin tasks, and freeing up more time for providing care.

We designed an award-winning UI/UX accessible by touch or voice, that still allows for complex operations. The Medical Smart Assistant uniquely caters to the needs of our everyday heroes and takes care of the “small things” to support them in their everyday work.

With AI-powered PDMS and Voice Assistant technology, the product helps medical professionals save time with tedious documentation tasks, as well as provide rapid access to secure patient data to better treat diseases and other ailments.
